💫 My Story

Like many moms, my days are a whirlwind of toddler giggles, snack negotiations, and preteen drama—all while trying to keep a home that feels like a sanctuary. Amid the chaos, lighting a candle became more than a simple ritual—it became a signal. A signal to pause. To breathe. To say, “You did enough today.”

But finding candles that actually delivered? That was a whole other challenge. I was tired of spending too much on candles that barely filled a room with scent or felt disconnected from the soul I was craving in my space.

So, I decided to create my own.

Tres Luces Candles was born from a desire to bring more peace, more meaning, and more cultural pride into the everyday. Each candle is hand-poured with clean coconut-soy wax, richly layered fragrances, and a story inspired by the heart of my Dominican roots—from the rhythms of güira and accordion to the sweet aroma of habichuela con dulce on a Sunday afternoon.

The name “Tres Luces” means “Three Lights,” in honor of the three little girls who light up my world. But it also speaks to the deeper intention behind every candle:

✨ To bring light into your space.
✨ To spark a connection to culture.
✨ And to remind you that rest is not a reward—it’s a right.

When you light a Tres Luces candle, you're not just filling a room with scent—you're lighting up your story, your roots, and your right to slow down.

Welcome home!

This is more than a candle business. It’s my love letter to culture, parenthood, and the power of a little flame.
